Discover new depths of flavour in Italian cooking with this informative hands-on cooking class from Chef Luca. He'll share his expert methods for taking a familiar cuisine into delicious new territory.
In this session, you'll create a tempting sea bass crudo, surrounded by bright flavours like pickled apple and fresh herbs. Then, assemble a layered aubergine parmigiana flavoured with zesty tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan. You'll also create a side dish featuring heirloom tomatoes and rocket greens, and create a classic panna cotta delicately infused with earthy saffron.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
