What You’ll Do

Learn to create two hardy pasta dishes plus a bruschetta appetizer studded with tomatoes.

This interactive pasta-making class is guided by Chef Tara, an Italian-trained chef who provides step-by-step instructions about the tools, ingredients and processes needed to master homemade pasta making.

Your culinary adventure begins with warm mozzarella, tomato and basil bruschetta. Then, use a pasta rolling machine to form garganelli you'll top with traditional pesto, rich in olive oil, basil and pine nuts. You'll also create plump ravioli encasing a smooth spinach-ricotta filling and cooked in a silky sage butter sauce. Chef Tara’s homemade truffles finish things off, and recipes are provided.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an amazing evening. We purchased this as a present for my parents who were both thrilled with it all. Tara is so personable and makes you feel right at ease in the Kitchen. We learnt so many different tricks that we will certainly be using going forward. We cannot wait to re create the dishes for family and friends. It was such a wonderful experience and we will definitely be doing again!! Perfect present, date night, friends activity or even solo. Thoroughly recommend!!! Thank you Tara :)

Our class with Tara was absolutely spectacular. We were a group of six and went for the Indian menu, where Tara’s many years living in India and cooking the cuisine were evident with tips for a simple but highly effective rice technique and two of the best curries I’ve ever eaten and certainly the best I’ve made! The evening in general was so enjoyable with drinks and a delicious dinner of everything we cooked at the end and I’d highly recommend it to anyone - I consider myself a keen cook but there was so much to learn and it’s perfect for people of any level. Thanks so much!
