What You’ll Do

Master Italian cooking fundamentals in this chef-led cooking class.

In this hands-on cooking experience, you'll learn to create an impressive Italian feast using fresh, authentic ingredients with Chef Georgi as your guide.

To start, you'll sizzle king prawns in a garlicky tomato, basil and saffron sauce. Then, Chef Georgi will teach you to build layers of flavor with a slow-simmered duck ragu served over fresh pappardelle pasta and with a simple caprese salad featuring ripe tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. For dessert, prepare a duo of sweets: A tart raspberry sorbet, and chocolate fondant with a molten center.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce Cooking Class was an outstanding culinary experience. The combination of an excellent instructor, a comfortable learning environment, and a delectable end result made it a truly memorable day. Chef Georgi provided great insides on best practice to cook salmon and his technics for Hollandaise souse made it look so easy. Highly recommend his classes.
