Craft a balanced menu of Asian dishes using a variety of culinary techniques in this fun, hands-on cooking class. Begin by preparing a batter with rice flour, sesame oil and scallions for savory spring onion pancakes, then whisk together a tangy dipping sauce to complement the flavors.

Wash, chop and stir-fry mushrooms and bok choy along with udon noodles and soy sauce for the entrГ©e, then thinly slice cucumbers for a quick pickled side dish to cut through heavy flavors from the main course. For dessert, you'll cook, strain and chill berries and melon for a refreshing coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I recently attended a cooking class with Chef Gianni. The class truly unraveled the secrets of crafting Tagliatelle from scratch and pairing it with a Mushroom Brandy Sauce, all elegantly presented within a Parmesan basket.
