Cooking Class - Fresh Fish Cookery Techniques

What You’ll Do

A sea of flavor awaits you as you craft fresh seafood dishes completely from scratch.

Practice your knife skills as you learn how to fillet and prep fresh fish and seafood in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Henry will teach you the proper methods for cooking fish and other seafood with decadent flavors.

You'll begin by steaming fresh mussels with garlic and preparing a velvety white wine sauce on top. Next, you'll cook sea bass with the subtle sweetness of shallots and a tangy lemon sauce. Perfectly pan-fry a salmon fillet with potatoes and a parsley sauce, then handcraft a chocolate delice and ginger mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
