What You’ll Do

Discover the diversity of jerk seasoning with Chef Wendy's Jamaican-inspired dishes.

Explore the range of the bold signature of Jamaican cuisine using jerk seasoning in three unique ways. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make your own jerk and use it in both food and beverages.

In addition to a classic jerk chicken recipe with rice, peas and tropical accompaniments, you'll prepare a sweet and smoky jerk prawn dish with fruit, smoked pimento and herbs, then add a hit of spice to a stack of caramel jerk pineapple johnny cakes.

Guests must provide in-person proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Fabulous evening with the very lovely Wendy, we laughed a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the amazing food we cooked together! We learned a lot and have plenty of leftovers too!! Delish!!
