Since we were the only ones who made a reservation, Alex gave us a private tour.
It was wonderful! We had a fantastic selection of local cuisine, and Alex also took us to some unusual sights. I cherished visiting the Chinese Temple in Chinatown and exploring the tiny lanes to learn about the homes and lifestyles of the locals.
This tour is absolutely fantastic; highly recommend - ask for Alex; he's awesome.
Go hungry is the best tip!

Alex, our tour guide, was fantastic! extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we sampled during the tour, as well as Alex's anecdotes about the neighborhood. It can be very intimidating to try street food on your own, so this tour was a great introduction, and Alex made us feel comfortable and content with everything we were eating. We gained a lot of knowledge about Thai cuisine that we will use for the remainder of our trip. 100% recommended!

I had a great time on this tour! In and around Chinatown, Alex, our tour guide, took us to a couple extremely authentic spots to eat street food. Because there will be a lot of food, avoid eating before you leave. There was a maximum of 10 people in the group, so I guess that was a little lucky. Alex was a wonderful trooper because he fell face first in the store after slipping on a water puddle while bringing us water from 7 Eleven. Even though his nose was bleeding profusely, he insisted on finishing the tour. That is commitment!

The food tour was truly incredible. I found it to be a fantastic experience, the ideal fusion of learning about different food types and the surrounding area. My impression of our guide was excellent. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. She provided us a wonderful impression of Bangkok's culinary scene.
She gave us a helpful introduction to herself before allowing us to ask her any questions we had. We took a stroll to the main locations of the street meals and heard some fascinating anecdotes about them.
I recommend taking the tour.

The food tour of Bangkok is unquestionably a worthwhile experience. During the Chinese New Year, which was very crowded but a lot of fun, our friendly tour guide Jan took us through Chinatown. We would not have discovered these food stalls on our own, but the food along the way is incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would encourage our friends to try it in additional cities.

Delicious food, useful information, and excellent photo opportunities. I was lucky that it was underbooked, so there were only two of us, making for a rather personalized experience. It comes highly recommended!

This tour was a unique and unforgettable experience. With 10 dishes and accompanying drinks, we had more food than we could eat. A nice touch was the paper cheat sheet with translations. And we had a great time with Jan. After the official tour, she crammed all five of us into a touk touk to take us to a local bar. I can tell she is enthusiastic about her work. I totally recommend it!

I must say that the tour was very impressive due to the number of places we visited. Even though I am a big guy, I was stuffed by the end of it. We went to almost every type of restaurant, including many hole-in-the-walls and well-known establishments with Michelin stars.
As a clueless tourist, I believe I got as good a picture of the local food scene as I could in the time I had. Jan was an excellent tour guide who struck up a friendly rapport with almost every shop owner we encountered. It added to the authenticity of the experience.
Overall, I'm very pleased - great value for money.

On the day we arrived, my friend and I took the Food Tour and had a great time with our guide Jan and the rest of the group. We stopped in small joints and street food stalls I would never have found on my own and enjoyed an almost endless selection of the best Thai street food. The guide was great company and answered all of our questions. Wonderful tour!

My partner and I had a fantastic time with Jan as our tour guide. A wide range of cuisines and street life are interspersed with cultural activities. We visited stalls and streets that we would not have discovered on our own and would not have ventured down without a guide. This is a superb introduction to Thai food and a fantastic overall experience for anyone getting to know Bangkok!
