After spending her youth in her home country of Taiwan, she worked as a food writer and spent dozens of years in Boston honing her craft alongside renowned chefs. Part story-teller, part educator, and part food and wine lover, Chef Melissa blends her Asian roots, her world travels and her love of food and culture to bring joy and inspiration to people everywhere.

After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. Chef Iain can also be found hosting a variety of fun and exciting culinary experiences!

Born and raised in San Francisco, Chef Catalina attended college for cultural anthropology where she first worked in catering and discovered her passion for food. After school, she continued to follow this passion and hone her craft in the kitchen. With expansive experience in the industry from serving as lead cook and managing catering to managing special events and working as a cheese monger, Chef Catalina now enjoys instructing group cooking classes.

Chef Dock was just 11 years old when he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After working as a line cook, he managed a bustling restaurant, where he provided tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. With deep knowledge about ingredients geared toward a healthy lifestyle and memory enhancement, Chef Dock now owns a private chef and catering company, specializing in a variety of cuisines and simple, nourishing meals.

Chef James' true passion in life is cooking. There's almost nothing he loves more than throwing dinner parties and curating wonderful and creative dishes completely from scratch. He offers a variety of cooking and catering services, including cooking class parties, private dinners and catered events, and features Italian and Spanish-inspired dishes of the highest quality, using locally grown and artisan ingredients.

Chef Ricky is a renowned chef instructor and research and development chef bringing nearly 40 years of experience to the table. He notes his greatest achievements to be developing and launching multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts as well as coaching an ACF team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about enabling aspiring chefs to turn their ambitions into reality.

An accomplished chef and world traveler, Chef Greg has much to offer in the culinary landscape. With over 20 years of experience, Chef Greg prides himself on his ability to craft creative and inventive fare that exceeds expectations, while providing a service that goes above and beyond. Chef Greg has opened restaurants in London, studied under top chefs, and prepared meals for royalty.

Born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Francesca discovered her passion at a young age. She loves to cook traditional Sardinian and Italian food while using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients when handcrafting classics, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts.

Chef Made Master is a renowned sushi chef known for creating stunningly beautiful and flavorful plates of sushi. He has gained experience in a number of sushi restaurants across the country, beginning as a sushi helper and working his way up to his currently coveted role of head sushi chef. His calming, yet energetic demeanor makes him an outstanding host to a number of memorable cooking classes and culinary experiences.

Chef Dirk’s deep passion for food and global cuisine stems from his travels to more than 20 countries. Classically trained as a gourmet chef and hospitality manager in Germany, his native country, Chef Dirk has served celebrities and worked at five-star restaurants. His vast culinary, hospitality, and leadership experience, and enthusiastic personality make for deeply engaging, entertaining, and truly unforgettable classes.

A Chicago native, Chef Andy has worked in many professional culinary roles from Culinary Director to Food Content and Menu Developer. With years of experience as a culinary instructor for both adults and kids, Chef Andy and his team are well-versed in a wide range of cuisines from sushi to classic European dishes. Chef Frederico has had a strong passion for cooking since he was a teenager, beginning his culinary career working as a waiter and as a manager in the restaurant business in his home country of Italy. Chef Frederico then came to the U.S. and his culinary career continued to reach new heights. Now, he is sharing his skills, knowledge, and gastronomic prowess in an array of incredible and delicious culinary experiences!
