Cooking Class - Classical French Foundations
Learn the fundamentals of traditional French cooking with a classically trained chef.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Steve will guide you as you practice essential culinary skills rooted in French cuisine. With each course, you'll tackle a different technique to apply in your own kitchen.
He will teach you how to expertly wrap flaky pastry around creamy brie for a classic brie en croute. Next, discover the art of cooking en papillote, steaming tender fish and vegetables in a paper bag. Practice your knife skills while preparing a niçoise salad, and round out the meal with an airy chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Steve is very calm and engaging. He captivates your attention, which is essential when teaching new skills and tricks in the kitchen. His love for cooking and using seasonal ingredients is obvious and that's something very valuable which makes you want to cook just like him.
