This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

A Chicago native, Chef Andy has worked in many professional culinary roles from Culinary Director to Food Content and Menu Developer. With years of experience as a culinary instructor for both adults and kids, Chef Andy and his team are well-versed in a wide range of cuisines from sushi to classic European dishes. Chef James' true passion in life is cooking. There's almost nothing he loves more than throwing dinner parties and curating wonderful and creative dishes completely from scratch. He offers a variety of cooking and catering services, including cooking class parties, private dinners and catered events, and features Italian and Spanish-inspired dishes of the highest quality, using locally grown and artisan ingredients.

Born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Francesca discovered her passion at a young age. She loves to cook traditional Sardinian and Italian food while using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients when handcrafting classics, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts.

Chef Ricky is a renowned chef instructor and research and development chef bringing nearly 40 years of experience to the table. He notes his greatest achievements to be developing and launching multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts as well as coaching an ACF team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about enabling aspiring chefs to turn their ambitions into reality.

Previously a chemical engineer, Chef Aaron left his job to purse his true passion and enrolled in culinary school. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, is now teaching at a culinary school and works as a private chef with his own company. Chef Aaron's hospitality is unmatched as he offers classes out of his home, showcasing fresh herbs, seasonal fruit, and pastured eggs gathered from his 1,000-square-foot garden and greenhouse.

Chef Dirk’s deep passion for food and global cuisine stems from his travels to more than 20 countries. Classically trained as a gourmet chef and hospitality manager in Germany, his native country, Chef Dirk has served celebrities and worked at five-star restaurants. His vast culinary, hospitality, and leadership experience, and enthusiastic personality make for deeply engaging, entertaining, and truly unforgettable classes.

Chef Lisa has had a long standing appreciation for food, cooking, and nutrition. This passion led her to study Human Foods and Nutrition in college. She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. Chef Fumiko creates healthy, Asian-style food and believes that anyone can cook amazing food if they are willing to learn. Chef Tracy is an epicurean and former athlete with a passion for healthy, wholesome recipes. She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.
