Discover how to cook elevated Mexican fare in this immersive culinary experience with Chef Ronald. You'll practice essential cooking skills as you prepare a multi-course feast.

To start, you'll make a luxe guacamole topped with goat cheese, caramelized onion, and bacon. Next, Chef Ronald will guide you in threading fresh pineapple and shrimp onto skewers that you'll grill and baste with a mezcal glaze. On the side, enjoy cilantro and lime rice with grilled vegetables. Lastly, bake a sweet corn tres leches cake with blueberry sauce and crunchy toffee bits.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
