With over 20 years of experience, Chef Greg prides himself on his ability to craft creative and inventive fare that exceeds expectations, while providing a service that goes above and beyond. Chef Greg has opened restaurants in London, studied under top chefs, and prepared meals for royalty.

With a solid background in the culinary industry, Chef Li's cooking expertise has taken her around the world. While previously living in Singapore, Chef Li led private and corporate events as a culinary instructor. Now, back in the U.S., she looks forward to sharing her authentic, international cooking styles and techniques. Chef Li prides herself on her ability to make Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine simple and fun to cook!

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. Chef Fumiko creates healthy, Asian-style food and believes that anyone can cook amazing food if they are willing to learn. Chef Shan is a native of India and has been teaching Indian cooking in a variety of settings for more than 20 years. She has also authored a cookbook and has been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on PBS. Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Kelly is a culinary instructor and chef well-versed in many cuisines. Her most notable professional achievements include being part of the test kitchen team at one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country as well as becoming the managing lead chef instructor at the most successful recreational cooking school in New York City. Chef Kelly also has experience as a garde manager and is currently a freelance chef.

With over 20 years of culinary experience gained in various cities and restaurants across the country, Chef Cregg has now found his niche as a food stylist and chef instructor. His blend of geographical cooking styles span the global epicurean gamut. From contemporary Californian to fusion BBQ to classic Caribbean and more, Chef Cregg's modern techniques and use of simple, seasonal ingredients are sure to impress.

Chef Megan is a classically trained culinarian and an ardent gastronome who brings more than a decade of professional culinary experience to the table as a chef, recipe developer, cooking class instructor and beyond. Chef Megan is currently developing her own cooking show and also serves as the sous chef of a local food truck that focuses on scratch-made fare from quality-sourced ingredients.

Latin American cuisine is what Chef Gustavo is all about. As the owner and executive chef of Rumba Café in Adams Morgan for 20 years, he understands this cuisine more than anything else. He draws his inspiration from his own travels through Latin America, the Caribbean, France, Spain and more. He studied at L’ Academie de Cuisine and is knowledgeable in French cuisine as well. He is available to teach classes in both English and Spanish.
