Chef Roman or Resident Chef

This was the best night of our two week trip to Greece. Resident chef Dimitra was an awesome teacher. She made the class fun was relaxed and fun. The food and family atmosphere were fantastic! I 100% recommend even if you’re not vegan.

Best thing to do in Athens! Such a lovely session cooking with resident chef Mirka. We made 5 or 6 delicious dishes. Favs included almond feta, tzatziki and dakos. I would do again every time I am here!! Mirka was so knowledgeable and kind, Very nice ingredients and recipes, Lovely workspace.

Vegan Greek cooking class with resident chef was absolutely delightful! She couldn’t have been more friendly, patient, gracious & helpful. I was the only actual vegan out of the 5 in the class. The Greek food we prepared & ate was “to die for”! And Everyone was very impressed! (This definitely ranks as a HIGHLIGHT of my time in Athens! Right up there with the famous historical sites, this cooking school should NOT be Missed!) I can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience as well as an unbelievable learning & eating experience!!! The 3 hr class passed so quickly - Don’t Miss Taking a Class while you’re in Athens! ( They have other classes besides a Greek menu.) Thank you again chef Alexandra, for a wonderful evening! Pros: 1. Alexandra’s friendly teaching & professionalism, 2. Moussaka , delicious dips, 3. The delightful dessert Cons: 1.NONE!…A definite TREAT!

I had an amazing Greek vegan cooking class where we prepared a variety of traditional starters, mains, and desserts—all of which were absolutely delicious! The instructor was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, creating a warm and interactive atmosphere. She encouraged collaboration between participants, making the experience both fun and social—and of course, the complimentary wine was a delightful touch! Though I’m not vegan (and most of the group wasn’t either), the recipes were so flavorful that no one missed the dairy or meat. Plus, the instructor mentioned how easy it is to adapt them for non-vegan versions, adding cheese or other ingredients if desired. At the end of the session, we were emailed all the recipes to recreate the dishes at home, which was a thoughtful bonus. Highly recommend this class to anyone, whether vegan or not, who loves Greek food and a fun, hands-on experience!

Brilliant, informative and fun I totally loved this class. Resident chef Dimitra has an impressive knowledge of vegan food. I am not vegan but I will definitely be making many of these dishes in the future. I feel that I learned so much during the morning, particularly as the class was completely hands on. This was a great way of learning about local cuisine whilst fulfilling a vegan diet. We were part of a group of 5 and made the majority of the menu between us, helping each other out on some dishes. Our resident chef Mirka was very friendly and welcoming whilst also having lots of tips on how to complete our dishes and add extra flourishes along the way. Would highly recommend this as a fun holiday activity - equally enjoyable if you came solo as it's a communal experience.

Chef Roman is a very experienced chef with a passion and dedication for vegan food. He will show you how wonderful and tasty traditional Greek food is done his way!
