Join Chef Sourabh for an experiential dining adventure highlighting the principles of Japanese cuisine

In this private chef experience, Chef Sourabh celebrates the hallmarks of Japanese cooking with dishes served as naturally as possible to showcase the inherent beauty of each ingredient. The chef delicately prepares premium proteins balanced with vibrant sauces and accompaniments to create an unforgettable Japanese menu. Start with a delectable scallop sashimi and sushi with tempura eel and prawns. Then, indulge in some grilled Wagyu beef in tonkatsu sauce with edamame and carrots. Finally, end the night with a creamy Japanese custard pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Sourabh created a beautiful dinner experience for me and my family of 4. He is a perfectionist and the meal was so scrumptious, everyone was raving about it. He has vast experience and knowledge when it comes to food and we learnt a lot from him while enjoying the dinner.
