Gather your friends for an unforgettable private chef experience brimming with the fragrant spices and vibrant flavors of traditional Indian cuisine. With a menu designed for sharing, Chef Sourabh draws influence from northern and eastern styles of Indian cooking, highlighting signature flavors and techniques from the region. Start the night off with tender, spiced lamb kebabs and chicken kabiraji. Next, indulge in a delectable fish in mustard sauce, served with a side of charred eggplant mash. Finally, end the night with a sweet cheese dumpling in saffron condensed milk, called chanar payesh. This bountiful meal is a feast for the senses made to enjoy with others.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Sourabh created a beautiful dinner experience for me and my family of 4. He is a perfectionist and the meal was so scrumptious, everyone was raving about it. He has vast experience and knowledge when it comes to food and we learnt a lot from him while enjoying the dinner.
