What You’ll Do

Making homemade pasta has never been easier or more delicious.

Delight in the tender chewiness of handmade pasta, coated in slow-simmered sauces. Master an array of culinary techniques to make your Italian feast a success. Find the perfect consistency when combining flour, eggs and salt then roll and cut your dough into two distinct types of noodles. Mix, simmer and reduce two pots of sauce for a filled pasta and a flat noodle. Slice and combine fresh fennel, spinach and oranges for a hint of acidity to cut through the richness, then stack and enjoy classic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Super enjoyable class! Instructor moved at a good pace and the food ended up tasting delicious! Will be back for another class for sure!
