The flavours of the Caribbean come alive in this inspiring Jamaican cooking class. Come join the fun with Chef Lisa as you listen to lively reggae and prepare distinct island-inspired dishes.

Begin with petit fish cakes, mild and flaky, prepared fresh and topped with papaya cream sauce. Next, try your hand at sizzling, spicy jerk chicken. Pineapple relish and guavaberry glaze add that just-right touch of sweet to the spice. You will also create fluffy Caribbean seasoned rice and finish by crafting a tart and tangy key lime cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were lucky enough to have Lisa be our private chef on our Caribbean charter. She provided an amazing onboard experience. Using only the freshest ingredients and highlighting local seafoods and fruits, Lisa created meals we will always remember. Always on time, always attentive to our every need as guests, I would recommend Lisa without hesitation.
