Explore the flavourful world of Sri Lankan cuisine though modernized favourite dishes.

Aromatic spices and rich flavours will be at the center of this engaging cooking class. Discover Sri Lankan cuisine and learn traditional cooking techniques with the help of Chef Dön.

To begin the class, make homemade potato roti with onions and curry leaves, and craft a dal curry made creamy with coconut milk. Learn how to fry the perfect vegetable fried rice next with fresh leeks, carrots and onions, and finish the meal with a classic dessert: Watalappan, a coconut custard pudding made with jaggery cane sugar and aromatic spices.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Don was wonderful! He was a brilliant host, did a great job getting our teenage boys involved. He showed us lots of great pasta making techniques and provided practical tips. The food was beautiful, and the night was a lot of fun. Highly recommend Don.

Chef Don provided my partner and I with an exciting twist to modern Italian cuisine. The lesson was brilliant, entertaining whilst learning new cooking skills. I highly recommend couples, or groups of friends who share the passion of cooking to give it a go!

I was just going for a cooking class but ended with many informative yet enjoyable segments. I would recommend chef for anyone.
