Begin with a rich and indulgent cheese-based flan served with homemade crackers flavored with chili. Then, prepare a soothing pea soup with the playful bite of wasabi cream and learn the proper way to slow-cook beef filet to tender perfection. For dessert, craft an apple-chestnut cream filled with fabulous flavor.

Chef Anita's class has been such a wonderful experience. She has a great gift being able to captivate your attention and bring your interest and passion for food to the surface. Her braided yeast bread is most definitely my favourite bread to make and I cannot get enough of it!
