In this private chef experience, dine on refined dishes from land and sea made from fresh ingredients and prepared with skill by professional Chef Andrew. A fig salad with halloumi cheese and pecans begins this meal, followed by a dish of tender scallops in a lemon garlic sauce. Then, enjoy beef bourguignon with hearty vegetables and a fragrant red wine broth served over an herbed potato purГ©e. For dessert, indulge in a sticky toffee pudding, a tender sponge cake with a generous drizzle of treacle syrup.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The class was awesome, Chef Andrew is a very good professional and teacher. He explains the dishes in details and patience. Cooking is very difficult for me, but after Chef Andrew`s class I was able to prepare the dishes easily. I really recommend the classes with Chef Andrew. Kind regards Israel
