What You’ll Do

Create the perfectly elegant French dinner with guidance from expert Chef Andrew.

France is known for its delicate, artful dishes and desserts, and in this immersive cooking class, you'll learn how to make three staple dishes. With Chef Andrew's wealth of culinary knowledge, you'll be able to recreate these dishes for a simple yet fancy meal at home.

To start, you'll perfect the art of searing fresh, succulent scallops. Then, create an elaborate seared sea bass fillet with a bed of crushed herby potatoes in a lemony Niçoise dressing native to the south of France. For dessert, handcraft a light and scrumptious apple tart.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was awesome, Chef Andrew is a very good professional and teacher. He explains the dishes in details and patience. Cooking is very difficult for me, but after Chef Andrew`s class I was able to prepare the dishes easily. I really recommend the classes with Chef Andrew. Kind regards Israel
